Rentals Terms & Conditions

Period for rental bookings

The minimum rental period is one week and the prices shown on our web page for holiday rentals are indicated weekly and during the months of July and August bookings are from Saturday to Saturday
For all rental bookings for two weeks, there will be a 40€ booking fee that will be added to the cost of the rental requested,  for a one week rental this will be 50€.

Booking Confirmation

On booking you must provide your name and address in order to complete the rental reservation contract,  which must be signed and returned with the deposit of 25% of the total reservation price.  Eight weeks before your arrival,  a second payment of 25% will be required.

Forms of payment

These payments can be made in cash, bank transfer or by Visa card through our web page (
The balance of the reservation (the remaining 50%) must be paid on collection of the keys, in cash or by credit card. This can also be paid in advance.

Payment of the guarantee deposit is also made upon collection  of the keys in cash or by Visa card.

Tourist tax of Catalonia

On arrival it is necessary to pay a tourist tax for anyone over 17 years of age.  The cost is 7.00€  for the duration of the stay.   Under 17’s do not pay.

Breakage / Damage Deposit

The breakages deposit will be returned to you after the property has been checked by our staff.  If possible a visit prior to your departure or if our inspection could not be done before your departure the deposit will be returned within 7 days.  At the same time, the condition of the property will be ascertained and if damage is found, an amount will be deducted from the guarantee and will be communicated to you immediately, not later than the following Monday.

Important Standards to follow.

All our properties are reserved for non-smokers.
The properties can only be occupied by the number of people indicated in the holiday rental booking contract.
It is necessary to send us before arrival a list of all the occupants as well as the age of anyone under 17 years old.
Upon your arrival,  you will have to present  valid identity documents or original passports for all the quests.
The customer agrees to immediately inform the agency of any malfunction and to take care of the property,  to close the doors, windows, sun blinds,  shutters and parasols when they are not in the property.   We ask to leave the apartment / villa in order and clean.  Please put the rubbish in the containers in the area.   Community rules should also be observed.

Arrival and departure.

The property will be at your disposal from 17.00h the day of your arrival (Saturday) until 10.00h the day of your departure (Saturday).
If for any reason you can not arrive before the closing time of the agency you must contact Villa Service as soon as possible.  You may arrive on Sunday or Monday but departures are always on  Saturday before 10.00h maximum.
